Happy New Year’s Eve! We are taking a look back at our very favorite products of the year.
We used most of these on the daily in 2019.
- Kérastase Shampoo & Conditioner: I’ve tried others and always return to my OG. There is nothing better. The condition is actually a mask but I use just as I would any other conditioner. If you have never tried their stuff I highly recommend you do.
- Vitamin C Serum: This product was a game changer for my skin. If I forget to use for a few days I can definitely tell…my skin just looks dull. A few drops in the morning is all it takes and this bottle will last you at least 6 months.
- Wet Brush: I’ve been a fan for years but this new version dries my thick hair fast.
- Tinted SPF: Y’all have seen the proof. The melasma on my forehead was INTENSE. This stuff keeps it from coming back. Use your sunscreen people!
- Vital Proteins: One scoop in my morning coffee and I swear my hair and nails are growing faster than normal. Also has great skin benefits. Over here just tryin to fight the good fight.
- Multi-vitamin. I HATE taking pills. I LOVE candy. These taste like candy.
- Dry Shampoo: The best of the best. It’s non-aresol and one bottle will last you months. This takes the greasiest of hair and makes it look just washed.
- Silicone Sponges: My whole family has converted. Get rid of those nasty bacteria filled loofahs now.
- Makeup Mirror: I use this mirror every. single. day. and miss it when I am traveling.
- Bum Bum Cream: I mean…y’all knew it would make an appearance on the list. Just so dang good. I am not a lotion or a perfume person and I love this stuff so much. Perfect scent. Absorbs quickly. Not sticky. Nice shimmer. If you haven’t bought it yet, what are you waiting for?!
I’m going to form my top 10 in a way that would make David Letterman proud.

10. Have that I woke up like this moment way more often! The closest thing to a salon blowout that I have found.
9. This is the weirdest smelling grandma’s wet dog in the attic stuff. But it is the best anti aging serum, comes highly recommended by my plastic surgeon and has 362 perfect reviews. Splurge.
8. Under eye magic. Brightens darkness, goes on super smooth, covers really well.
7. Sometimes it’s ok to cheat a little. This lip cheat lip liner makes your lips look so good. It’s the perfect color and I went through two of these this year. That never happens!
6. Favorite eye cream. My eyes get wrinkly easily. Dang it.
5. I’ll take some sea salt in my mai tai please. I spray this on before curling my hair for a more beachy look and it adds some grittiness making the curls last much longer.
4. This will make every list for the rest of my sweet sweet life. Come smell me.
3. Need a new curling iron. This one is it. I’m about to buy the bigger one too for bigger waves.
2. This brush set, that we have raved about all year long, is $16.59!! It was recommended to us by my makeup artist that works with my photography studio and it is fabulous!

Glad I got the Bum Bum cream since it made BOTH lists!!Wish I could afford those facial serums, they look fab!I bought my DIL the Revlon bush/hair dryer.but have not heard if she likes it yet. I am planning on getting the collagen!Thanks for the great list!
