Gift Guide for the little guys

Boys are fun to buy for. We have 3 in total and even more nephews so I feel like we know a thing or two about these little dudes. Click on image below to shop.

  1. Play-doh Fire Truck: Comes with 5 colors and boys will love squirting play-doh out of the firehose. When I need a few minutes to make dinner, I always pull out the playdoh.
  2. Remote Controlled Dinosaur: A walking, roaring, light up T-Rex. This is at the top of Hayes’ wish list. Comes with a rechargeable battery which is always nice.
  3. Strider Balance Bike: It’s a bike with no pedals. My two oldest kiddos learned how to ride a bike on this thing within days. Definitely recommend for any kid who hasn’t or just can’t quite get the hang of learning to ride a bike.
  4. Ride on Excavator: What boy doesn’t love digging in the dirt?
  5. Kinetic Sand Dig and Demolish: This stuff is so fun! Make bricks with a mold and demolish them with the construction truck. This is another activity I love to pull out when I need an uninterrupted minute. Another plus, the clean up is super easy.
  6. Remote Controlled Batmobile: Boys love anything with a controller. This batmobile even transforms and has lights and sounds.
  7. Treasure X Aliens: This weird little thing caught my attention. You dissect a slime filled alien and pull out strange things from its insides. Right up every little boys alley.
  8. Kids Tablet: I am over the iPads. They break, youtube is often inappropriate so I’m really thinking of making the switch to the fire tablet. More educational games, shows and apps for under $100.
  9. Iron Man VR Mask: Your little guy will BECOME Iron Man in this virtual reality mask.
  10. Lego Duplo Playground Set: Duplo blocks are bigger than regular legos so they are great for smaller hands. This set comes with everything you need to build a playground. I also love when toys come with their own storage box.
  11. Lincoln Logs: A classic that made a comeback. Relive your childhood while you play with your little guy.
  12. Buzz Lightyear Rolling Luggage: Send them to grandmas in style.
  13. RAD Robot: Remote control and voice command robot that will spin, dance, explore and even tell you a joke.
  14. Dinosaur Duvet and Pillowcase set: The cutest bedding, maybe they’ll actually want to go to bed?!? Also comes in an astronaut version and a shark version.
  15. Light Up Tracing Pad: For the budding artist in your life. Comes with over 100 traceable images.
  16. Toy Story Hotwheels: My 11 year old still asks for a hot wheel car sometimes while we are grocery shopping. I’m not ready for that to end. Boys love hot wheels and this is a fun 6 pack from the new Toy Story movie.
  17. Magnetic Tiles: This one comes with 100 pieces and has really great reviews. Hayes loves to play with these while at my sister in laws house so I am definitely adding to cart for Christmas.
  18. Lego Suitcase: Comes with over 200 pieces and I have a thing for toys that come with their own storage cases. Easy to take along to appointments and will keep them busy!
  19. Trampoline: Boys have a lot of energy. A lot. I look for any and every way to drain it. This is a great option.
  20. Pop Up Spaceship Tent: A fun place to read or play. Little boys love a tent!
  21. Pattern Blocks: Create the picture on a wooden board using colorful shaped blocks. Great for growing minds who like puzzles.
  22. Bristle Blocks: There seems to be a theme here. Boys like to build, and this comes with yet another storage container…a sure way to my heart.
  23. John Deere Tractor and Trailer: With two speeds and a working FM radio they can haul their goods and be the cutest farmer in town.

We hope you found something your little guy would love. Don’t forget to check out our other gift guides for preteen boys and girlfriend gifts under $50.
