Skinny Watermelon Mojito: We made this recipe with the Sprite Zero for less calories and it was ammmmmazing!
Make a Pitcher of Watermelon Mojitos to Serve a Crowd
(serves 8)
- 16 chunks of seedless watermelon
- Mint
- Ice
- 1 c simple syrup
- 1 ½ c white rum
- Sprite Zero
INGREDIENTS
2 c. ice
1/4 c. blue curaçao
1 c. white rum
2 c. lemonade
4 lemon slices
8 maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
- Put 1/4 cup ice in each glass, then add a splash of blue curaçao, 1/4 cup rum, and another 1/4 cup ice. (The ice helps with the ombré.) Pour over 1/2 cup lemonade.
- Skewer a lemon slice and 2 maraschino cherries on a paper umbrella or toothpick and garnish drinks before serving.
Ingredients
- Kosher salt and a lime wedge to rim the glass
- Ice
- 2 ounces silver tequila — about 3 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice — about 1 large or 1 1/2 small limes; do not use bottled lime juice, as it will have a very off flavor
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice — about 1/2 small/medium orange
- 1 1/2 teaspoons light agave nectar — add 2 if you prefer a sweeter margarita
- 1/4 to 1/2 jalapeno pepper — cut into thin, round slices (use more for more spice)
- Lime wedges — additional jalapeno slices for serving
Instructions
- Rim the glass: Pour a thin layer of salt onto a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the top edge of your glass to moisten it, then dip the glass into the salt so that it sticks, tapping all the way around. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
- Fill a small cocktail shaker with additional ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, agave, and jalapeno slices. Tightly close and shake vigorously for 30 seconds (it’s longer than you think). Strain into the rimmed glass. Enjoy immediately, garnished with lime wedges and additional jalapeno slices.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces grapefruit juice
- Garnish: lemon or lime wedge
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
Directions
- Step 1: Stack pineapple slices in a circle around the edges of a large glass jar, leaving the center open. Pour vodka into jar, completely covering pineapple. Seal jar and store in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
- Step 2: Remove pineapple and strain vodka through a mesh strainer back into a jar; seal and refrigerate.
- Step 3: Drink and don’t die.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ounces good tequila (that’s a double shot, or 2 “jiggers” full)
- 1.5 ounces fresh lime juice (that’s 1 shot, or 1 “jigger” full)
- topo chico
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add the tequila, the lime, then finish it off with topo chico. Stir it up, or just give it a little shimmy shake. Sip. enjoy!

Watermelon Mojito for sure.
Love these recipes! How much Sprite Did you add to the WATERMELON mojitos?
Thanks!
I didn’t really measure. Just filled the cup with ice, added a shot of rum and topped it off with the sprite. Cheers.
